Cream of zucchini with Zoubrovka Green Tea

  • Ingredients

  • 15 g (3 tbsp) of Zoubrovka Green Tea
  • 1 litre (4 cups) of water
  • 1 kg (6 to 8) zucchini
  • 50 g (2 oz) of cream cheese
  • Ahead of time

    Infuse the tea in 200 ml (3/4 cup) of water that has just boiled for 5 minutes. Strain the tea. Cut the zucchini into round slices and place them in a pot, add 800 ml (3 ½ cups) of water and bring to a boil. Season and cook for 15 minutes.

    Next step

    Add the cream cheese to the soup and blend the entire mixture in mixer. Pour the infused tea into the soup.

    Chef’s touch

    Serve soup as a duo with cream of carrot and mango soup with Troika tea.
