Thés Kusmi Importation Canada published a book of recipes in October 2006 called Du thé plein la toque – Les thés Kusmi cuisinés par nos amis chefs du Québec.

Created by Christophe Alary, chef and professor at École hôtelière de la Capitale, and Pierre Watters, ex-chef / owner of the Auberge des Glacis and Kusmi tea importer for Canada, Du thé plein la toque also features the contributions of a dozen friends and renowned chefs from Québec such as Jean Soulard, Philippe Mollé, Josée Di Stasio and Marie-Chantal Lepage. The book presents more than 60 original recipes created by the authors and the collaborators and all featuring Kusmi teas.
